About the role
- Developing & delivering a portfolio of large, complex investment analysis, business cases and plans
- Developing solutions options and recommendations in partnership with Enterprise Technology (ET) Architecture to meet domain and/or BU KPIs
- Maintaining and executing buy versus build assessments
- Facilitating effective investment planning in partnership with our program office
- Working with product leaders to facilitate scope of work and prioritization
- Developing investment roadmaps and investment/resource optionality
- Managing dependencies, risks, and impediments and escalating when needed
- Collaborating across multiple levels of the organization
- Creating executive level communication for internal updates, effectively communicating complex ideas and providing recommendations when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline; MBA a plus
- Fifteen years of strategic business design, investment & transformation experience
- Persuasive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with and communicate at all levels of the business and technology organization – up to senior and executive management
- Ability to influence technology direction within business context
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Financial Services / Operations industry experience
- Systems analysis and design and/or technology architecture a plus
- Success leading complex enterprise-level business value analysis, business case development and planning for large scale technology efforts
- Strong ownership and accountability to deliver results coupled with problem-solving expertise
- Expertise in Workflow & Orchestration, Document Management Systems and Contact Center platforms a plus
- Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and managing change; self-motivated
- Experience in practice & portfolio management, including the growth and development of associates and attracting/acquiring talent.
