About the role

  • Drive technical vision and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of IT Systems Analysis; financial services experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and formal documentation processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree (technology-related field preferred).
  • Expertise in API development/testing, SQL, AWS, UI design, data design, AI prompting, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with multiple integrations.
  • Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Technical problem solver in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive learner and contributor to team success.
  • Solid understanding of financial services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation, leadership, influence.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Skilled at building networks and navigating organizations.
