About the role
- Contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of a new CostIT Planning model used in executive-level technology portfolio reviews.
- Build financial forecasts that inform strategic decisions on cost and resource allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Anaplan COE, CST Technology, Reporting COE, BU IT Finance, and IT Strategy & Planning.
- Perform financial analysis, modeling, and reporting using tools like Power BI, while supporting project management and adoption efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders across Finance and Technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 2–3 years of financial or business analysis experience (preferably in technology organizations)
- Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Anaplan, Power BI, Snowflake, and Alteryx.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Confidence to interact with senior management and build relationships across the company.
- Ability to see strategic implications while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
