About the role

  • Promote and validate operational controls and support quality testing in daily processing
  • Work collaboratively to identify risks and summarize results for management

  • Enforce the Vendor Management function's policies, ensuring flawless execution and quality assurance

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Fidelity's business unit structure
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in business administration, or a minimum of 5 years in risk management
  • Preferably, experience in internal/external audit, risk management, IT audit, or public accounting
  • Proven proficiency in capturing requirements, process documentation, business analysis, and testing
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and risk management processes and performance metrics
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with close attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business requirements into viable business solutions
  • Dedication to driving process improvements
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and deliver timely results
  • Capability to work at various levels of detail and concisely summarize results while proposing solutions
