About the role
- Promote and validate operational controls and support quality testing in daily processing
- Work collaboratively to identify risks and summarize results for management
- Contribute to world-class operational excellence
- Enforce the Vendor Management function's policies, ensuring flawless execution and quality assurance
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Fidelity's business unit structure
- BS/BA or equivalent experience in business administration, or a minimum of 5 years in risk management
- Preferably, experience in internal/external audit, risk management, IT audit, or public accounting
- Proven proficiency in capturing requirements, process documentation, business analysis, and testing
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of procurement and risk management processes and performance metrics
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with close attention to detail
- Ability to translate business requirements into viable business solutions
- Dedication to driving process improvements
- Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and deliver timely results
- Capability to work at various levels of detail and concisely summarize results while proposing solutions
