About the role

  • Responsible for delivering quality technology solutions by collaborating with architects, technologists, and business partners.
  • Playing a key technical leadership role in efficiently resolving technical issues and delivering new products.
  • Helping launch new alt product timely and with required accuracy in business processing.
  • Own all technical aspects of software engineering for assigned applications.
  • Provide hands on expertise with architecture, technical design and performance tuning on development tasks.
  • Work closely with product owners on blueprints and annual planning on feature sets that impact multiple platforms and products.
  • Mentor Engineers on Agile team and implement high-quality software components.
  • Identify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years hands on experience as a full stack software engineer with experience in Java API, Web and Cloud technology role
  • Deep expertise in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Angular, and Spring.
  • Skilled in all aspects of software development lifecycle
  • Expertise in designing, building, and supporting high transaction applications
  • Experience in building responsive front end applications using typescript, angular, or node
  • Deep experience enabling scalability, availability, intelligent monitoring, and performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop technology associates
  • Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or any other discipline
