About the role

  • Execute complex technology audits in support of Fidelity businesses (cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, application security, data governance)
  • Work on an audit team evaluating technology risks and controls
  • Help execute complex audit reviews and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, risk management, compliance and governance processes
  • Communicate issues and findings to management and report on issues and solutions that improve Fidelity’s control environment
  • Devise solutions for business improvements and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Provide audit advisory services on new and changing products and systems
  • Collaborate with team members, receive coaching, and participate in training and development activities

Requirements

  • Working towards a cyber security, information security or IT risk/ assurance Masters degree
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (overall and in major)
  • Bright, innovative, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in school, extracurricular activities, and/or work settings
  • Team player who takes initiative and works constructively with others to achieve team goals
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities and workload
  • Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge in two or more of the following areas is preferred: Network and systems security; Programming/Scripting Language (Python, PowerShell, Perl, SQL, Java); Application security and DevOps; Cloud computing (AWS, Azure); Containerization and virtualization; Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server); Web services/ APIs (.Net, HTML, XML, JSON)
