Learn to analyze customer behavior at every touch point (web, mobile, IoT, phone, branch) tied to customer attributes/preferences and customer outcomes
Translate data into insights that drive business decisions and inform customer experience and product development teams
Deliver learning agendas that tackle critical business questions to support business decisions and actions with pace
Proactively anticipate and predict clients’ needs and future behaviors using Data and Analytics as part of Advanced Data Analytics and Insights / CKSI

Requirements
Current undergraduate or graduate student looking for a 6 month co-op opportunity
Coursework in a quantitative / technical field such as engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, operations research, data science or analytics
Exposure and working ability with to some programming / database querying tools (R, Python, SQL, etc …)
Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Familiarity with the tools, methods and techniques to wrangle and use structured and unstructured data
Participation in hackathons, Kaggle competition, and similar efforts (passion for knowledge and continuous learning)
Structured thinking and a data-driven approach
Collaborative spirit and ability to effectively engage business partners
Ability to independently conduct analytics (with coaching and mentoring)
