• Provide decision support to senior leaders of the Operations & Services Group (OSG)
• Lead all aspects of the reporting and planning processes for their organizations
• Prepare business reviews for strategic initiatives
• Provide executive scorecard support
• Develop a broad and deep understanding of Fidelity’s OSG organization
• Deliver analyses to help drive decision making and improved business results for OSG

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
5+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in providing senior level support, financial modeling and analysis; 3+ years of experience with advanced degree
Proficiency modeling data and preparing presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau and WFDL a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy
