• identifying and driving core and common capabilities that scale and align to the equity groups’ multiple channels
• ensuring robust governance, prioritization, and delivery
• help define and deliver on the team’s offering and solution development
• help manage Equity’s engagements and collaboration across its various functions
• work with business partners in Technology, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and others to execute on FCM and Equity Team initiatives
• work closely with internal channel business partners, data scientists, technologists, and operations staff to continuously refine our offering, solutions, and broader processes
• communicate progress, risks, and countermeasures effectively within the team and more broadly to key team members
