About the role
- Interpret and analyze data to create insightful, actionable reports and dashboards
- Design, develop, and modernize reporting systems using tools like Excel, SQL, OBIEE, and Power BI
- Leverage robust SQL skills to extract, transform, and present data from platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze current systems and identify inefficiencies
- Partner with key collaborators across business, IT, and leadership to gather and align reporting and system requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting, data analysis, and process optimization
- Participate in agile scrum teams, contributing to product feature development and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, OBIEE, Power BI, and data modeling tools (e.g., SAP Power Designer, Erwin)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)
- Experience with data governance, security standard methodologies, and agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Superb communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and influence decision-making
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across product and technology teams
