About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with advisors and key members of their offices
- Ensure resolution in accordance with Fidelity's policies and procedures
- Act as an expert on operational policies and procedures within FIC
- Promote and support new system and service offerings
- Organize service review discussions with clients and develop action plans to resolve issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than three years of relevant experience in the mutual funds or financial services industry (required)
- At least two years of experience handling telephone inquiries (required)
- And/or at least one year of experience in operations processing or adjustments (required)
- College diploma (three-year program) or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written
