About the role

  • Work closely with companies to help them bring products to market; understand customer's business goals, KPIs, vision, initiatives, org structure; understand product roadmaps, requirements, challenges, partnerships; configure optimal solution to improve time to market; identify and develop prototyping opportunities and production-class manufacturing programs; coordinate efforts of Fictiv team; deliver sales presentations and organize on-site meetings; develop relationships from engineers to C-level; engage in sales enablement and training; report to Business Unit Director; prospect to build and maintain pipeline; meet and exceed sales quotas; maintain Salesforce forecasting; generate new business; build long-term relationships; represent company at events; spend over 50% time out of office in front of customers; travel as appropriate; collaborate cross-functionally to win deals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the Electric Vehicle industry
  • Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience required
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Unparalleled verbal and written communication skills
  • Firm grasp of product development and related business requirements
  • Experience driving consultative, solution based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals
  • Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to consistently exceed quota
  • Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)
  • Experience with TAM / SAM analysis
  • BS/BA degree preferred
