Work closely with companies to help them bring products to market; understand customer's business goals, KPIs, vision, initiatives, org structure; understand product roadmaps, requirements, challenges, partnerships; configure optimal solution to improve time to market; identify and develop prototyping opportunities and production-class manufacturing programs; coordinate efforts of Fictiv team; deliver sales presentations and organize on-site meetings; develop relationships from engineers to C-level; engage in sales enablement and training; report to Business Unit Director; prospect to build and maintain pipeline; meet and exceed sales quotas; maintain Salesforce forecasting; generate new business; build long-term relationships; represent company at events; spend over 50% time out of office in front of customers; travel as appropriate; collaborate cross-functionally to win deals
Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the Electric Vehicle industry
Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience required
Proven track record of meeting & exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
Unparalleled verbal and written communication skills
Firm grasp of product development and related business requirements
Experience driving consultative, solution based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals
Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to consistently exceed quota
Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)
