About the role

  • As an Email Marketing Manager / Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and monitoring of omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Leveraging our Marketing Technology (Martech) stack you will have great decision-making capabilities as well as responsibilities to support the businesses financial targets.
  • Work with a cross-department group across Marketing, Growth and Product teams to plan, build, deploy and improve campaigns.
  • This includes single-send campaigns, to multi-channel product releases (across web, webinar, digital ad, email, etc.), to nurture campaigns of prospect to long-term customers.
  • This role has the opportunity to grow into strategic planning, and/or Marketing Technology management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience with Marketing Operations.
  • Experience within Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs): Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc.
  • Experience working with Martech platforms integrated with MAP: Drift, Chili Piper, GotoWebinar, systems, and the sync to MAPs (Salesforce and Marketo preferred). Experience with Knak is also highly preferred.
  • 4-year degree in Information Technology, Marketing or related field. Degrees in similar areas of study will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
  • A successful candidate will also exhibit a strong desire to learn and understand all aspects of the company’s operations and be able to interact directly with other departments.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel 0–10% annually in the U.S. for team meetings, offsites, etc.
