About the role
- Work closely with multiple teams to understand priorities, risks, and objectives
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Create, edit, and publish communications content
- Lead staffing management/reconciliation
- Communicate status, risks, issues, and data to stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Prepare presentations and content for specific teams or company-wide distribution
- Assign tasks and conduct follow-up as needed, independently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in project and program management
- A self-starter who can operate independently, demonstrate work product, and think critically
- Great communication skills (both written and verbal – must be fluent in English)
- Experience and comfort working with and presenting to executives
- Financial acumen, including basics of COGS, budgeting, Opex, etc.
- Natural curiosity and a desire to continually improve processes
- Experience with datasets, including web-based databases (like Airtable, Quickbase, etc.); automation is a plus
