About the role
- Partner with Scores Sales Executives to understand client business objectives, use cases, and decision criteria
- Design and articulate FICO Score solution configurations aligned to client needs
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and value-based discussions
- Support presales activities across new logo, expansion, and renewal motions
- Review and validate client-facing materials for accuracy and relevance
- Maintain deep expertise in FICO Score products, use cases, regulatory considerations, and competitive positioning
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in credit risk, consumer lending, retail banking and analytics
- Strong experience in presales, solutions consulting, and analytics
- Deep analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Comfort engaging with both executive and technical stakeholders
- Experience in client discovery, analytic use cases, analytic eco-system mapping
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Client Success, Analytics, and Product Management
- Experience in Consumer Lending, credit risk, or regulated financial services environments
