About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, organize, lead and control projects efficiently and effectively.
Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and external clients to deliver projects according to plan.
Manage and define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the completion of the project(s) life cycle.
Develop and maintain project management standards, tools, and SOPs.
Identify risks and improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Business, Knowledge/Information systems, Communications, Education, Environment, Health, Behavioral, Life/Social Sciences International Development, Human Development, Data/Analytics, or Related Field.
Master’s degree or its international equivalent preferred.
Project Management (PM) Certification preferred.
Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience (including 3+ years of line management experience) with projects management principles and practices.
Experience in multi-functional/matrix management and implementation.
Experience in monitoring and evaluation as well as strategic planning, capacity building and team management, including experience strengthening quality and performance in project delivery.
