Accountant

• Lead the end-to-end Fixed Asset (FA) process across all entities, ensuring accurate capitalization, tagging, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Standardize and document FA procedures, including asset additions, disposals, transfers, buyouts, depreciation runs, and month-end reporting.
• Drive the successful implementation and optimization of the FA Module in Acumatica, ensuring seamless system integration and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to establish and maintain effective controls over asset storage, movement, and tagging.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements across U.S., Davao, and Bacolod entities.
• Conduct detailed P&L and balance sheet variance analyses to identify key trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Support day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accruals, and fixed assets, while coordinating with related functions such as accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury.
• Support the Head of Finance, Controller, and Tax Accountant in addressing tax-related matters, including reconciliations, compliance filings, and responses to Letters of Authority (LOAs).
