- Manage all employees and coordinate activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of non-profit accounting and taxation
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations
- Familiarity with the Eurecia HRIS
- Knowledge of the administrative and regulatory management of sports associations
- Knowledge of the CCNS (National Collective Agreement for Sport) is an asset
- Strong managerial, facilitation, and team coordination skills
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Ability to produce statistics and dashboards
- Organizational skills, priority management, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
