Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and requirements, creating detailed plans to ensure successful execution.
Assess business requirements and apply them in practice, presenting them in a clear manner to the business requester and all project participants.
Produce essential artifacts such as documentation, automated tests, process flows and status reports to ensure clarity and transparency across all projects and goals.
Ensure projects comply with regulations. Manage the execution of IT projects, ensuring delivery meets the highest expected quality.
Define final acceptance and quality criteria to ensure projects meet customer standards and expectations.
Provide critical insights and analyses to support senior management in strategic IT decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required:
- Effective oral and written communication to translate technical information into terms understandable by technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comprehensive technology knowledge, including information systems, software development, networks, databases and cybersecurity.
- Automated testing using leading market tools, e.g., Selenium, Cypress.
- Create test plans, specifications and execution using BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
- Understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools, flowcharts and project management tools.
- Knowledge of insurance market principles and its various lines and operational areas.
- Experience with different types of testing: regression, exploratory, and functional testing.
