About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in strategic planning for development projects.
Contribute to defining architecture and selecting technologies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and technologies.
Develop and implement coding standards, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Write and review clean, efficient, and scalable code using development best practices.
Lead code review sessions and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and business requirements are met.
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions, performing software testing and ensuring quality through unit and integration tests.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends, suggesting improvements and innovations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development with a focus on system architecture and design.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Strong understanding of software security and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred: Knowledge of the I4PRO ERP and its various modules and features.
Preferred: Experience in insurance areas: Policy Issuance, Finance, Accounting, Reinsurance, Claims.
Preferred: Understanding of digital transformation trends in the insurance industry.
Preferred: Knowledge of compliance and audit practices.
Preferred: Ability to architect enterprise solutions based on client needs.
Preferred: Advanced experience in business strategy and processes, people management, and business operations.
Preferred: Understanding of information systems, infrastructure, automation resources, and integration.
