About the role
- Meet with development teams, other teams, and business stakeholders to understand and discuss new specifications, requirements, and business rules
- Identify and document business requirements
- Use analysis, documentation, and project management tools, including creating requirements, technical specifications, and process flows
- Report issues clearly and concisely and track them through to resolution
- Troubleshoot and provide support for system maintenance
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Analytical skills and a willingness to learn about analysis and governance frameworks
- Interest in Agile development methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) and Jira
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work in sequential processes and adapt to shifting priorities
