About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meet with development teams, other teams, and business stakeholders to understand and discuss new specifications, requirements, and business rules
Identify and document business requirements
Use analysis, documentation, and project management tools, including creating requirements, technical specifications, and process flows
Report issues clearly and concisely and track them through to resolution
Troubleshoot and provide support for system maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Analytical skills and a willingness to learn about analysis and governance frameworks
Interest in Agile development methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) and Jira
Ability to work effectively in a team
Flexibility to work in sequential processes and adapt to shifting priorities
