About the role
- Participate in the development and monitoring of products on the digital platform.
- Perform technical risk underwriting for SME business, condominium, and residential segments.
- Analyze proposals, identify exposures, and define terms, limits, deductibles and appropriate pricing.
- Support the commercial/sales team in negotiations with brokers, providing technical insight and competitive solutions.
- Maintain close market engagement with active broker relationships, participating in meetings, commercial visits and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct technical and commercial visits when necessary to better understand risks and strengthen relationships with partners.
- Attend events, meetings and occasional travel, representing the company and supporting business development.
- Monitor portfolio performance (loss ratio, rate, retention), suggesting adjustments when necessary.
- Work on the review and continuous improvement of products, including coverages, policy wordings and underwriting rules.
Requirements
- Strong experience in comprehensive risk underwriting for SME business, condominium and residential lines.
- Experience in the SME market and with digital products.
- Established relationships with brokers in these segments for meetings and strategic visits.
- Experience in product development and management for the SME segment.
- Advanced/Fluent English for communication in a global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
