About the role
- Analyze, monitor and control claims routines, processes, salvage and reserve movements;
- Regulate claims for retail products and digital channels across multiple lines, such as: Miscellaneous Risks, Commercial, Professional Liability, Errors & Omissions (E&O), Directors & Officers (D&O), Life, Personal Accident (PA), Lease Guarantee and Surety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Training or courses related to claims;
- Previous experience in the role;
- Experience in insurers or claims administration/regulatory organizations;
- Knowledge of the service provider ecosystem;
- Proficiency in English.
