About the role
- Processing policies, endorsements and invoices within SLA.
- Providing service to internal and external clients.
- Resolving issues related to endorsements and interpretation of calculations.
- Collaborating with other company areas such as Underwriting, Finance and Claims.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of systems: AT&M, CIT/CITNET, Quorum
- Knowledge of adjustable policies
- Adaptability

- Intermediate to advanced Excel

- Familiarity with systems: ELT, Averbweb, Smartlod and Join (I4PRO) (desired)
