About the role
- Telephone support for our customers — you are the first point of contact for questions and concerns
- Handling customer inquiries via ticket system, email and phone
- Assisting users with questions about the software
- General office organization and administrative tasks
- Documenting customer issues and escalating/clarifying them with Development or Account Management
- Scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or a comparable position
- Enjoys talking on the phone and working with people
- Willingness to learn and work with complex software
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
