About the role

  • Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
  • Spread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • +3 year's of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus.
  • Proven success in delivering outstanding international Tech hires (data engineers, data scientist, machine learning engineers, backend, frontend, mobile...)
  • High English level, fluent Spanish level, other languages are a plus.
  • Residence in Spain
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model and operations.
  • Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
