About the role
- Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
- Spread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc.
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
Requirements
- +3 year's of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus.
- Proven success in delivering outstanding international Tech hires (data engineers, data scientist, machine learning engineers, backend, frontend, mobile...)
- High English level, fluent Spanish level, other languages are a plus.
- Residence in Spain
- Experience working with ATS systems
- A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model and operations.
