About the role

  • Bridge industry knowledge with product development to shape airline pricing models, explanations, and support within the platform.
  • Define and document pricing business logic, configuration rules, and user guides for product and end users.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate domain expertise into features and requirements.
  • Analyze fare and pricing data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and guide model improvements.
  • Support integration of ATPCO/GDS pricing content understanding into the LMM AI platform.
  • Operate hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment to improve how airlines price and sell their products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or similar.)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in airline pricing or revenue management (at an airline, GDS, or pricing content provider such as ATPCO).
  • Experience working with systems that support RM/Pricing teams.
  • Deep understanding of airline pricing concepts including RBDs, fare ladders, private vs. public fares, seasonality, fare rules, surcharges, and ancillaries.
  • Familiarity with ATPCO data structures and GDS fare filing logic; understanding of how airlines manage and distribute pricing content.
  • Bonus: knowledge of NDC, dynamic offers, or experience with pricing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and structure complex pricing logic.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies in fare data or pricing outcomes.
  • Proven ability to write clear, structured documentation and business logic definitions; translate industry expertise into product content, user guides, and configuration rules.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
