What you’ll need

5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with **high volume labor** **positions**.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment.
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met.
Be able to provide market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process- adding value to key stakeholders.
Always maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality.
