Events

• Plan and execute marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring they align with brand and marketing strategies and defined revenue, pipeline, and engagement goals with clear objectives established and tracked for each event.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to define event objectives and target audiences including pre-event outreach strategies, attendee targeting, clear activations plans for business development and account executive teams, and proactive communication ahead of each event.
• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring costs are kept within approved limits and schedules are adhered to while tracking cost per lead and overall event performance against goals.
• Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation arrangements following standardized processes and playbooks to ensure consistent execution and efficiency.
• Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement including email campaigns, nurture sequences and cross-channel communications tied to event goals.
• Occasional travel for on-site management during tradeshows or other events to oversee operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise and partnering closely with Sales teams onsite to support lead capture and relationship building.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement including timely updates in Salesforce and Hubspot, performance reporting on leads and engagement, and clear recaps with learnings and next steps.

Marketing Coordinator, Events

• Own the end-to-end product development for core operational and service partner workflows supporting Fetch’s service offerings
• Act as the primary product partner to Central Operations and Service Partner Operations leadership
• Develop deep subject matter expertise for internal operators and service partners through research, data analysis, and hands-on discovery
• Identify high leverage opportunities and success criteria that support our strategic product roadmaps, balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
• Lead product discovery and delivery from ideation → discovery → development → launch, driving measurable business outcomes and act as the driving force behind your projects
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver solutions that are technically sound, user-centered, and operationally efficient
• Use data to inform prioritization, evaluate tradeoffs, and assess impact through experimentation and post-launch analysis

Senior Product Manager, Operations

Product Marketing

• Clearly identify and define target customer personas, ICPs, unique value propositions, and optimal messaging frameworks to drive engagement and adoption of all resident product offerings.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and B2B Marketing to define, execute, and optimize visual branding for various products.
• Conduct market research, gather competitor intelligence, monitor and evaluate competitor strategies, execute win/loss customer interviews, and perform message testing to drive relevance and optimize messaging and positioning.
• Continuous refinement of a comprehensive GTM strategy and successful new product launch plans:
• Work in lockstep with Product Development and Marketing. Also work closely with Customer Experience, Client Success, Sales, and relevant internal and external teams, including contractors and agency support for copywriting, public relations, design, paid media, and web development.
• Enable partner departments with targeted content, playbooks, sales decks, and messaging to ensure consistent product messaging that we articulate through all channels, aligning and informing all customer-facing functions.
• Draft highly converting copy for paid ads, emails, landing pages, social media content, and customer-facing tools.
• Develop automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and experimentation to further optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Identify new opportunities to foster growth and product improvements.
• Gain a deep understanding of our resident customers’ needs and deep knowledge of the multifamily industry.
• Conduct market research, client and resident feedback interviews, and analyze data to shape growth strategy.
• Developing a comprehensive GTM plans and executing deliverables as Fetch expands new services across 40+ markets.
• Increasing resident-customer acquisition of our community-wide and personal services.
• Creating lifecycle campaigns that increase product-specific adoption.
• Optimizing the product marketing spend to drive better ROI.
• Improving product sales enablement as Fetch redefines its UVP for multifamily clients and residents.

• Actively manage and nurture relationships with existing national customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to implement strategies to expand existing partnerships, both horizontally and vertically, within the customer's organization.
• Troubleshoot any customer issues and liaise with the appropriate departments within our company to find swift and effective solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure our offerings meet and exceed customer requirements.
