Partner Support Specialist

• Take standard inbound requests in Tier 1 inbox
• Act as the sole point of contact for the Partner Success team when Lead is unavailable
• Handle low-level escalations in the Tier 2 inbox
• Monitor inboxes and liveboards to ensure agents are available and tickets are being handled in a timely manner
• Send reminders to Partner Success agents regarding process updates, lunch brakes, etc.
• Coordinate inbox routing to ensure agents are communicating with the appropriate department
• Direct agents toward documented process
• Identify workflow issues or knowledge gaps and suggest solutions for improvement
• Help cultivate a healthy team dynamic, positive atmosphere, and culture of support and inclusivity

Senior Partner Support Specialist

Manager

• Lead daily operations across a ~15,000-unit territory, ensuring reliable coverage and exceptional service.
• Conduct weekly field quality audits at communities to uphold safety, and operational standards.
• Serve as the primary leader for new community launches, from site assessments through stabilization.
• Partner closely with Trash Support agents to assess staffing needs, mitigate risk, and maintain a healthy blended W2 and 1099 workforce.
• Resolve on-site escalations, access challenges, and community-level logistical issues.
• Oversee onboarding programs and handle route optimization for Trash Service Partners.
• Manage procurement and distribution of operational supplies across the region.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Customer Experience to support client and resident satisfaction.
• Work with Core Operations on inventory, warehouse coordination, and readiness.
• Identify process improvements and contribute ideas as part of an early-stage, high-growth division.

Valet Trash – Area Manager

Events

• Plan and execute marketing events from inception to completion, ensuring they align with brand and marketing strategies and defined revenue, pipeline, and engagement goals with clear objectives established and tracked for each event.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to define event objectives and target audiences including pre-event outreach strategies, attendee targeting, clear activations plans for business development and account executive teams, and proactive communication ahead of each event.
• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring costs are kept within approved limits and schedules are adhered to while tracking cost per lead and overall event performance against goals.
• Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation arrangements following standardized processes and playbooks to ensure consistent execution and efficiency.
• Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement including email campaigns, nurture sequences and cross-channel communications tied to event goals.
• Occasional travel for on-site management during tradeshows or other events to oversee operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise and partnering closely with Sales teams onsite to support lead capture and relationship building.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement including timely updates in Salesforce and Hubspot, performance reporting on leads and engagement, and clear recaps with learnings and next steps.
