About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, improve, troubleshoot, and maintain test machines used in production
Take an active role in automation and test system projects, including the design of system architecture, software, and hardware
Ensure the stability of critical test machine parameters, monitor calibration activities, and maintain system reliability
Develop test scenarios and algorithms, and prepare measurement and test reports
Select, integrate, and validate sensors, electronic boards, power supplies, and other electronic/mechanical components used in test systems
Prepare user manuals and technical documentation for commissioned systems
Conduct root cause analyses of recurring failures, define corrective actions, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure effective follow-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the development, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of test machines and systems
Proficient in LabVIEW and TestStand; preferably holding CLAD or CLD certifications, or knowledgeable in Codesys, TIA Portal, and IEC 61131-3 standards
Knowledge of National Instruments (NI) platforms and NI DAQ data acquisition cards, including data acquisition, signal processing, and test system hardware architectures
Familiarity with SCADA and HMI design and development
Experience with industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Modbus RTU/TCP-IP, and OPC UA
Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, sensors, actuators, and measurement equipment (e.g., programmable power supplies, digital multimeters)
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings related to test system structures
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
