About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and support the implementation of quality standards, processes, and guidelines for manufactured products and components
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs within the operational unit or assigned value stream
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and outputs against internal and regulatory quality standards
- Identify process deviations and product defects, initiate reporting, and support troubleshooting activities
- Contribute to corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, A3, Ishikawa)
- Support continuous improvement of quality standards, processes, and concepts within the operational unit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and performance targets
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality requirements
- Support internal audits and quality system compliance activities
- Provide guidance and occasional training to operational teams on quality-related topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality or manufacturing environments
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC; FMEA is a plus)
- Understanding of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Why, A3, Ishikawa)
- Basic knowledge of process management and manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of MES or CAQ systems is an advantage
- Minimum B2 level of English
