Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business/Social Sciences, Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Human Resources), Psychology, or a comparable social science degree program
- Initial practical experience, e.g., through an internship or a student assistant role
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Solid user-level knowledge of MS Office products
- Enthusiasm for conceptual and operational HR work, plus strong teamwork and communication skills
- Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style
- High level of commitment and good organizational skills
