About the role

  • You develop, together with our team, a reproducible and scalable manufacturing process for the production of piezoelectric elements.
  • You independently conduct process trials, optimize production steps, and ensure process stability.
  • You contribute to the design, setup and implementation of a scalable production/assembly process.
  • You enjoy collaborating across countries and work closely with the Production, Quality, Testing/Product Maintenance and Development departments.

Requirements

  • Completed technical degree (e.g., University of Applied Sciences) in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • Structured, systematic and independent working style
  • Experience in process development and/or manufacturing of mechatronic or piezo-based components
  • Independent, results-oriented, reliable and responsible approach to work
  • Open and proactive communication with contacts at all levels and across different areas
  • Very good German and good English skills
