About the role
- Support in personnel management for defined company areas
- Operational support and processing in the implementation and coordination of various HR processes and correspondence
- Administrative tasks such as handling mail, coordinating appointments, and managing access badges (creation, replacement)
- Receiving and responding to employee enquiries
- Data maintenance and data preparation in Excel
- Participation in applicant management, including handling correspondence and coordinating appointments with applicants
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial practical experience in personnel management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with very good Excel skills in particular
- Good written and spoken German and English
- High level of commitment, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork and customer orientation
