About the role
- Conduct research for the HR area (current studies, new HR trends, innovative tools, and benchmark analyses)
- Prepare executive-ready summaries of academic studies and information materials on various HR topics
- Attend HR seminars and networking events and communicate key takeaways to different stakeholders
- Create and publish the “HR Innovation Briefing” for central stakeholders
- Research and communicate with HR-focused startups
- Analyze internal HR data and prepare findings for stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a humanities or business-related degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology) or a comparable field
- Prior knowledge or experience in HR is desirable
- Strong skills in using research tools and in preparing findings for management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
- Highly self-organized, able to work independently, and proactive
