About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the reporting, performance analytics, and cross-functional coordination that keeps the Integrated Planning function running day to day.
- Synthesize data from across the development portfolio into the SQDC dashboards and look-ahead reports that give leadership a clear, current view of GeoBlock health.
- Serve as a reliable connective point across Well Delivery, Surface Facilities, Power Delivery, Appraisal, and Finance.
- Conduct variance analysis on portfolio performance vs. plan, identifying patterns and surfacing insights that inform planning decisions.
- Track capital cost per GeoBlock vs. plan in coordination with Finance, flagging deviations that require attention.
- Coordinate with Well Delivery, Surface Facilities, Power Delivery, Appraisal, and Finance teams to gather planning inputs and ensure milestone commitments are documented and tracked.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Geology, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of experience in capital development analysis, operations, or technical program management, with direct exposure to oil and gas or power/utilities development.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel and experience building dashboards in Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Ability to read and work with development schedules in Microsoft Project or equivalent tools as an analytical input.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex data into clear, concise summaries for both technical and leadership audiences.
- High follow-through and ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
