About the role

Requirements

- Strong technical understanding of project finance debt, tax equity, and capital stack structuring
- Demonstrated ability to manage diligence processes, data rooms, and documentation workstreams
- Experience coordinating with lenders, equity investors, and tax equity counterparties
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline
