About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as Fervo’s primary point of contact for the investment community
Own the company’s investor communications strategy
Build trusted, long-term relationships with institutional and retail investors
Deliver high-quality reporting and disclosure
Ensure Fervo’s story is told consistently and credibly across all investor touchpoints
Spearhead quarterly earnings processes and manage sell-side relationships
Support Board reporting and position Fervo as a pioneering voice in energy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or equity research, including direct experience at or covering a public company
Proven track record of building and managing relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts
Deep familiarity with public company reporting obligations, SEC disclosure requirements, and Reg FD compliance
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and present compelling investor materials
Solid command of financial statements and core corporate finance principles
