About the role
- Make the first contact with new leads entering the sales funnel.
- Use WhatsApp via API (Go High Level) for fast communication and rapid qualification.
- Identify and qualify leads based on criteria predefined by the sales team.
- Update the CRM with rigor, accuracy and insight.
- Deliver qualified leads to the closers team for deal closing.
- Participate in alignment and feedback sessions with the Head of Sales to drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pre-sales or commercial/customer-facing roles.
- Clear written communication (especially via WhatsApp and email) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized and disciplined in following processes and recording interactions.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working in a team, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
