About the role

  • Make the first contact with new leads entering the sales funnel.
  • Use WhatsApp via API (Go High Level) for fast communication and rapid qualification.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on criteria predefined by the sales team.
  • Update the CRM with rigor, accuracy and insight.
  • Deliver qualified leads to the closers team for deal closing.
  • Participate in alignment and feedback sessions with the Head of Sales to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pre-sales or commercial/customer-facing roles.
  • Clear written communication (especially via WhatsApp and email) and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and disciplined in following processes and recording interactions.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a team, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
