About the role
- Plan, execute, and document functional tests for the product's critical flows.
- Validate end-to-end user journeys across different user profiles and scenarios.
- Conduct tests involving multiple users and varied contextual combinations.
- Identify, reproduce, analyze, and document bugs and inconsistencies.
- Produce comprehensive, clear, and actionable test reports.
- Ensure a consistent quality standard for new releases.
- Create simple automations for critical flows to enable recurring regression execution.
- Take on the initial challenge of validating all existing implementations at Evrly.
Requirements
- Organized, analytical, and delivery-oriented profile with a steady execution pace.
- Experience in tech environments with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating dependencies without blocking the workflow.
- Advanced knowledge of agile practices applied in real contexts, especially XP.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Monday and Notion.
- Familiarity with delivery metrics such as cycle time, WIP, and sprint performance.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
