About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the creation, review and implementation of compensation and benefits policies aligned with the organization's strategy.
Conduct strategic analyses to support decision-making, including salary structures, benefit plans and incentive schemes.
Advise senior leadership on matters related to fixed and variable compensation.
Monitor and analyze area indicators, proposing corrective actions and improvements.
Represent the company in audits and processes related to the area.
Coordinate large projects, such as reviews of job and salary plans and market surveys.
Ensure alignment between internal practices and current legislation.
Perform other activities under the guidance and supervision of the manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related fields.
Desirable:
Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Controllership or related areas.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
Deep knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer).
Advanced experience with BI tools and Excel.
Knowledge of labor and tax legislation, as well as strategic compensation practices.
