Key responsibilities & impact

Promote and sell Ferring Reproductive Medicine portfolio to attain or exceed established sales goals
Establish and maintain interactive relationships with market access team and home office staff
Establish and maintain an effective relationship with clinicians and clinic support staff, to provide education and support Ferring Reproductive Medicine portfolio
Submit complete timely reports: sales, expenses, market information, competitive activity to District Manager
Maintain communication with peers, the region and corporate headquarters with respect to field opportunities and barriers, sales and marketing insights, and competitive information
Represent Ferring at Professional Conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree is required
Previous Fertility Nursing experience strongly preferred
Specialty Pharmaceutical experience or knowledge a plus
Successful Sales Experience is a plus
Clinically proficient
Demonstrated ability to influence others
Fertility Market Understanding
Excellent communication and written skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
Must live in the territory
