About the role
- Analyze judgments and court decisions to identify obligations imposed on the bank and determine the actions required to ensure compliance;
- Draft and file calculations and various pleadings, including enforcement of judgment petitions, objections, filings regarding calculations, requests for installment payments, substitution of collateral, and other related documents;
- Monitor the progress of cases in the enforcement phase, ensuring compliance with court orders and identifying any appeals or appropriate measures;
- Manage procedural deadlines, ensuring timely action and avoiding sanctions against the bank;
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and other attorneys to ensure proper execution of court decisions and mitigate risks to the institution;
- Prepare case follow-up and judgment enforcement reports for firm management and clients.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) and a digital certificate;
- Previous experience in high-volume banking litigation;
- Strong ability to critically analyze court decisions;
- Strategic, dynamic, and results-oriented profile.
