About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting and consolidation cycles for all Ferrara entities worldwide
Prepare each segment's Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Prepare and review quarterly reporting unit analytics to evaluate financial performance, identify trends and variances, and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting requirements
Assist with the annual audit process under US GAAP and IFRS, including preparation of the annual financial statements and related footnotes
Research and assess technical accounting matters and new accounting standards
Support ad-hoc financial reporting projects, such as M&A activities and enhancement of financial reporting tools
Responsible for the execution of month end close steps including journal entries and reconciliations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial reporting and/or technical accounting
U.S. GAAP and IFRS experience preferred
Experience with a consolidation system such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, or OneStream preferred
High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
