About the role

  • Development, implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions (Customer Engagement)
  • Creation and maintenance of Power Apps, plugins, workflows and automations based on the Power Platform / Dataverse
  • Technical design of modern CRM solutions and close collaboration with product owners and project teams
  • Automation of processes, CI/CD of solutions, and deployment using DevOps
  • Conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality and compliance with technical standards
  • Analyzing and resolving defects and supporting complex technical issues
  • Participation in integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions and event-driven architectures

Requirements

  • Completed IT-focused vocational training or an equivalent qualification, or a comparable university degree
  • Proven development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Good knowledge of DevOps practices and tools as well as .NET, C# and JavaScript
  • Basic knowledge of GDPR, information protection and data classification is an advantage
  • Technical understanding of cloud security, role and permission concepts is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
