About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support customer needs by determining correct BPE products and solutions
- ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely and accurate quotations
- coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
- answer internal and external sales calls
- utilize CRM to manage customer projects
- facilitate PVF needs for customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of inside sales experience preferred
- 3-5 years of hygienic BPE knowledge preferred
- strong sales skills, including upselling ability
- ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- general digital literacy including Microsoft Office
- ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
