About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Mid-Atlantic Inside & Outside Sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while learning the Valve Automation business.
- Size Actuators, Control Valves, Accessories, & build out Valve Automation quotations daily.
- Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
- Work with all associates in the district to support our V&A products.
- Be a team player and form solid relationships to establish trust with the entire district.
- Willingness to learn and train continually specific to Valve Automation products.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- 3-5 years of Valve & Automation sales knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Trilogie preferred
- Strong attention to detail & high aptitude for learning quickly
- High level of integrity when problem solving
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
