About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- research and analyze business opportunities
- advise the planning and preparation of business proposals
- work closely with District Directors to map out opportunities
- partner with local sales representatives and branch management
- lead all aspects of key projects and be accountable for successful closure of business deals
- responsible for overall development, implementation, and progress of strategic business targets
- prepare documents and materials for meetings and negotiations
- forecast assigned brand shipments on a quarterly basis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of fluid sealing experience
- 3+ years of Business Development Management experience preferred
- industrial sales experience preferred
- experience working with industrial customers within Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation markets
- strong sales background; industrial experience preferred
- problem-solving skills
- product and vendor knowledge required (or ability to quickly learn)
- valid driver’s license required
- role requires 50% travel
