About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads labor management and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs across their region.
  • Oversees and supports multiple distribution centers within their area.
  • Provides expertise and leadership in project management to optimize total performance and operational capability across all functional groups within the DCs.
  • Drives process standardization and continuous improvement across assigned distribution centers to ensure operational objectives are met.
  • Partners with local DC leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and secure support for network-wide improvements.
  • Ensures consistent use of WMS capabilities, best methods, and operational best practices across all sites.
  • Builds and maintains management systems that support ongoing productivity and performance improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Analysis, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Operations/Business Analyst, or Consultant.
  • Distribution center or fulfillment experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across functional teams.
  • Strong people-leadership and change-management experience.
  • Super-user knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and understanding of WMS/LMS system interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and development of alternative solutions.
