Key responsibilities & impact

Leads labor management and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs across their region.
Oversees and supports multiple distribution centers within their area.
Provides expertise and leadership in project management to optimize total performance and operational capability across all functional groups within the DCs.
Drives process standardization and continuous improvement across assigned distribution centers to ensure operational objectives are met.
Partners with local DC leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and secure support for network-wide improvements.
Ensures consistent use of WMS capabilities, best methods, and operational best practices across all sites.
Builds and maintains management systems that support ongoing productivity and performance improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Analysis, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, Operations/Business Analyst, or Consultant.
Distribution center or fulfillment experience required.
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across functional teams.
Strong people-leadership and change-management experience.
Super-user knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and understanding of WMS/LMS system interfaces.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and development of alternative solutions.
