Key responsibilities & impact

Provide ongoing support to internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams
Research and respond to lead time and ETA requests submitted through internal applications
Identify where items were ordered, including reviewing purchase orders and sourcing details
Utilize order management systems to research order history and status
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through written and verbal communication
Follow established processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses
Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and appropriate urgency
